Vegetarian summer menu at Le Loti

This summer, La Réserve Genève is offering a vegetarian menu at the Loti, Summer Lodge and Tsé Fung restaurants, based on recipes exclusive to each establishment. A chance to allow yourself to be surprised by delicious vegetarian gourmet ideas, prepared with seasonal produce, carefully selected at a time when flavors are at their most intense.  As a little foretaste: artichoke salad with sesame sauce, sour shallots and fresh coriander; green vegetable ravioli with ricotta cheese and miso sauce; Mapo tofu and vegetarian fried rice: Andalusian gazpacho; vegetarian pizza with seasonal vegetables, D.O.P. Burrata cheese, pickled tomatoes, crunchy aragula and lettuce salad.
