Le Loti Brunch

Virginie Basselot puts her name to Le Loti's new brunch.

Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015 (‘Best Artisan of France’ competition) in the gastronomy-cuisine specialty, our Executive Chef is uncompromising when it comes to the excellence of produce that she is highly skilled at showing off to flawless perfection. The new Le Loti brunch provides her with a fine opportunity to demonstrate her elegant and subtle touch.

Beautiful langoustines, oysters from Normandy, smoked trout and whole sliced gammon on the starter buffet; a box of caviar to share between two; Beef Wellington; fresh fish from the market; assortment of refined cheeses from Switzerland and Normandy, served with crunchy salad with walnuts, to mention but a few dishes… To be savored in moderation before succumbing to the dessert buffet, designed like the window of the most delicious imaginable pastry shop.
